2006

On October 21, 2006, Marin Fine Living by Tami will be hosting a cocktail/dinner party benefiting The Ryder Foundation. This second fund-raising effort of The Ryder Foundation is called "An Extraordinary Night...An Extraordinary Life" and will be held in Belvedere, CA.

 
 

This year's event will include a live art auction featuring contemporary artists, including Michael Gregory and others, and modern masters of the 20th Century such as Picasso, Matisse, Chagall, Dali, Warhol, Miro, Kandinsky, and others. There will be 14 to 20 pieces of original art work. Food will be donated by Left Bank, John's Grill, Comforts and Miette Organic Patisserie. Wines will be donated by Peters Family Winery. Other libations will be donated by Cointreau, Imperia, The Macallan, Remy Martin and Piper Heidsieck. This event is limited to 125 people and will sell out. Tickets are $250/person.

2005
 
On October 15, 2005, The Ryder Foundation hosted its first fundraising event called "A Night of Miracles". Left Bank, Hog Island Oyster Co. and Miette Organic Patisserie donated the food. Wines were donated by Peters Family Winery. Two hundred and twenty people attended. We had two fabulous M.D. speakers who gave a brief overview of the bio-medical aspect of autism. The event was an absolute success and we raised over $63,000 with expenses under $2,000.
